东营市港航协会成立于2010年10月28日，是经市交通运输局和市民政局批准成立的自律、非营利性的行业管理组织、社团法人，是全市性的港行及其辅助业的行业协会，接收业务主管单位东营市港航管理局的业务指导和监督管理。东营市港航协会现有单位会员70家、会员个人91人。
主要任务是围绕港口和航运发展的中心任务，通过政府业务主管部门授权或政府与会员的委托、承担或参与行业管理的有关工作。
Dongying Port and Shipping Association was established on October28,2010.It is a self-disciplined, non-profit industry management organization and corporate body approved by the Municipal transport Bureau and the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau· It is a Municipal industry Association of port and its auxiliary industries. It receives business guidance and supervision from the competent business unit Dongying port and shipping Admininstration.Dongying port and shipping Association has 70 members and 91 menbers.
The main task is to focus on the central task of port and shipping development,and to undertake or partivipate in the related work of industry management through authorization from the competent departments or entrusted by the government and its members.
